The Maersk Company Limited holds a strong position in the oil and gas industries of the North Sea, widely recognised as one of the harshest operating environments in the world.

We own, operate and man a number of state-of-the-art rigs that are specifically designed for this environment, and provide support services to a wide range of oil, gas and petrochemical companies, both onshore and offshore.

In the UK, we are able to benefit from the combined expertise of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group who have been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 40 years. Our parent company was first awarded the concession for exploration and production for oil and gas in Denmark in 1962, and has since developed a global network of companies that strive to provide first class support services within the oil and gas sector.
